Having originally started out as a guitarist and singer with two now defunct Dublin bands "from the needle" and "the honey trail", Ken felt it was time to follow his own heart and go back to basics and record an album of songs that would be as relevant today as in ten years from now. Songs of hope and inspiration, of love lost and found again, songs that would explore the complexities of modern living, it was time to make the song sing again.

Recorded in sanctuary studios in west Dublin during the autumn of 2004, Ken has crafted a record that has all the makings of a modern classic. From the opening chords of "September falling" to the fade out of "there's a light", these are songs that inspire both lyrically and melodically in a way sadly lacking in many new releases!
